In my classes, the aim is for you to focus in on yourself, to quieten the mind and become more and more aware of the body. 

Through breath linked to movement you will be able to tune out of life's stresses and give yourself some much needed you time. 

Each class will take you on a journey throughout your body, ending in a long relaxation. 

We all have different reasons for coming to a yoga class and I am here to guide you through your intention for your practice. To practice yoga simply means to unite the mind and the body, you don't have to look a certain way or touch your toes. It's all about being present in yourself.

Allow the body and mind to surrender with yin and restorative yoga.

Holding static stretches to target the deeper tissues of the body and creating a sense of mindfulness and calm, connecting you within and making you feel more Zen than ever.

Suitable for 12 weeks+, Pregnancy yoga will help your body navigate all the changes it's going through as well as preparing you physically, mentally and emotionally for labour and all to come. As well as being a lovely way to meet fellow local Mums.

A lovely way to bond with baby while helping your own body on it's post natal journey. Each class incorporates a sequence for Mum and for baby with a chance to meet and natter with other local Mums.

ABOUT LIZ

I'm really passionate about the countless benefits that yoga can offer to everyone; from increased mobility, mindfulness to gaining awareness of our physical bodies and beyond. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and in Jan 2017 I decided to dive in and train to be a Vinyasa yoga teacher and I have taught regular classes ever since.

Each class I teach I encourage you to listen to your body, providing options to take it easy or go deeper into your practice as you wish. You don't have to be able to touch your toes or be an experienced yogi to join my classes. Just arrive on your mat and enjoy! 

My love for yoga continues to grow and I have completed trainings with Jason Crandell, Sally Parkes, Ana Forest, Joan Hyman and many more and furthered my studies to become a trained Yin, Restorative, Pre and Post Natal yoga teacher.
