Monthly Yin Workshops

1x Sunday a month 8-9:30pm via Zoom

Align your body, mind, and spirit with the quiet power of the New Moon—a time for turning inward, releasing the old, and planting seeds for what’s to come.

 

This 90-minute workshop blends the deeply restorative practice of Yin Yoga with guided journaling to help you let go of what no longer serves you and create space for new intentions.

 

Through long-held, floor-based postures, we’ll soften tension in the hips, spine, and heart centre while inviting stillness into the nervous system. You'll explore gentle writing prompts inspired by the New Moon’s energy of renewal, clarity, and self-reflection—no writing experience needed.

 

You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and reconnected to your inner voice, physically and emotionally lighter and rooted in new intentions for the lunar cycle ahead

 

Bring: A journal, pen, and props to support your practice; cushions, blanket, blocks (can use books if you don't have yoga blocks), strap (or a belt) bolster, water bottle.

Yoga With Baby

Tuesdays 11-12 at The Manor

Join Yoga With Baby, a nurturing and inspiring course designed specifically for new mothers seeking to bond with their little ones while embarking on their post-natal wellness journey. Held every Tuesday from 11 am to 12 pm at The Manor Health and Wellness, this class offers a unique opportunity to cultivate connection, relaxation, and self-care in a supportive community setting.

 

In Yoga With Baby we recognise that motherhood can be both beautiful and challenging. Our primary objectives are to foster a loving bond between you and your baby, support your body as it heals and strengthens after childbirth, and create a safe space where you can share experiences and find camaraderie among fellow mothers.

 

Each class features thoughtfully crafted sequences tailored for both you and your baby, ensuring that every participant can engage at their own comfort level. Whether your baby is peacefully napping, in need of a feed, or expressing their emotions through tears, our classes are designed to adapt to their needs. We prioritise a baby-led approach, allowing you to practice yoga poses and breathwork that fit seamlessly into your parenting journey.

 

Throughout the course, you will:

 

- Deepen Your Bond: Experience the joy of connecting with your baby through gentle movements and shared mindfulness.

- Reclaim Your Space: Find moments of relaxation and self-reflection amidst the demands of motherhood.
