F A Q
The below should hopefully cover any questions that may have popped up for you but please feel free to email me if you want to know anything else.
I'm not flexible, can I do yoga?
Abso-ruddy-lutely! You do not need to be able to touch your toes or do a crazy backbend to do yoga. Yoga is just about being present in your body and meeting where you're at each time you come to the mat.
Each class I teach offers modifications so you can choose how far you want to take each pose.
I've never done yoga before can I join a class?
All my classes are taught for all levels so cater to beginners and more experienced yogis alike.
Each class offers modifcations to take poses to deeper levels so you can see what works best for you.
What should I wear?
Wear clothes you will be comfortable in. Sportswear is great or you can wear loose fitting bottoms and tshirts.
For a vinyasa or pregnancy yoga class it's a good idea to wear something that will keep you cool during the class but to have layers for the relaxation at the end as the body cools down quickly at this time.
For Yin I recommend wearing really comfortable, warm clothes. The body will stay cool during this practice so you want to stay warm.
